Sloan Trophy 2023

The race was run over 68mls of the Ingoe Circuit of 13.4mls and has been held on this circuit for the past 25yrs.The race is actually 70yrs old and the history of it can be viewed on the History page of the website. It was an attritional race from the first lap with the peloton splitting and regrouping many times due to the harsh conditions and the shear speed of the race. Going into the final lap 5 riders had broken clear and had 53seconds a the bell.

The sprint for the win was in no doubt as Jack Harley won by over 20 lengths. The sprint for second was fought out between the other 4 riders in the break.

70 riders started and 24 finished within the time limit.
